Base rate = $500.00 (includes 2 hour space rental, 1 hour for set up & 1 hour for break down/ clean up)
Additional time = $150 per hour

Friday - Saturday
Capacity: Building 500:Standing/ 54 Seated Upstairs Bar Area/ 40 Seated Wonderland Lounge/ 60 Seated Rabbit Hole
Friday - Saturday Base rate = $2,500 (includes 4 hour space rental, 1 hour for set up & 1 hour for break down/ clean up) Additional time = $275 per hour *additional $100 cleaning fee
